What is it?

Launched in Switzerland and France, BNXT was a talent-matching and learning platform for people in the service industry designed to bring talent and businesses together.

BNXT connected people to a wide range of short-term job opportunities in hospitality and provided them with training and learning modules for acquiring new skills. It also gave businesses the chance to fast-track recruitment and find the right people, as well as upskill their teams with learning modules.

What we worked on

We supported the launch of the product in two key markets: Switzerland and France. The main goals were to raise awareness about the platform in the hospitality sector and drive sign-ups.

For paid advertising, we initiated plans and developed assets for various paid campaigns, including Google Ads and social media (Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn). The campaigns targeted both the B2C and B2B audiences. We also developed and executed an organic content strategy for the relevant social media channels. This included the execution and delivery of creative assets (including video) for Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin, and TikTok.

To increase website traffic and foster relationships with the audience, we created and published blog articles in French and English. We also supported BNXT during various public events by producing posters, banners, and other marketing materials in both languages. 

To increase traffic to B2C pages, we utilised growth hacking techniques and tools that helped build a user base quickly. Moreover, we used an advanced sales management tool to connect and build relationships with potential B2B clients.

Our team assisted with internal communication within EHL about BNXT. This included newsletters, internal posters, and business cards. Lastly, we monitored all the campaigns and the number of sign-ups on a weekly basis, as well as provided the client with a customised dashboard for review.
